About FCH
The Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics is a national organization that promotes evangelization and catechesis for those who serve in catechetical ministry at every level.
FCH mentors and supports leaders who serve Hispanic/Latino communities by developing leaders, promoting new leadership, and identifying resources that strengthen catechists and catechetical ministry.
Overview of the Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics (FCH) History
The Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics (FCH) started as a Forum for Catechesis with Hispanics within NCCL, and later became the Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics (FCH). In 2022, FCH became an independent not-for-profit national organization.

Our Mission
To Serve Those Who Minister In Catechesis With Hispanics.
Who We Serve
FCH is here for those who serve, lead, and accompany Hispanic/Latino communities in faith formation and evangelization.
We support diocesan leaders, parish catechists, ministry volunteers, educators, organizations, and pastoral leaders at every level. Whether you are experienced in catechetical ministry or just beginning your journey, FCH provides support, guidance, resources, and a community committed to walking with you.
Our Journey
Originally established as a collaborative Forum, FaithCommunity evolved through a shared vision of national unity. Recognizing the growing need for a dedicated, autonomous voice for Hispanic catechesis, we transitioned into an independent national organization.
This transition allowed us to expand our reach, formalize our leadership structures, and create more impactful partnerships with dioceses and educational institutions across the country.
Our Professional Approach
A holistic methodology combining tradition with modern professional standards.

Rooted in the richness and diversity of the Hispanic/Latino community, FCH works to empower leaders, catechists, ministers, and families by providing guidance, resources, and opportunities for formation that respond to the cultural and spiritual needs of the people they serve.
